PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Wall2Floor Easyflat is a fiber-reinforced levelling cement mortar with low retraction, made up from selected natural sands, binders and special additives, which guarantee perfect adhesion to the substrate and excellent workability.
Wall2Floor Easyflat can be applied with thickness between 3 mm and 10 mm per layer. To obtain thickness over 3 mm, the surface must be divided into compartments.

USES

Horizontal levelling on non-planar, absorbent mineral surface. For further information, consult the “Wall2Floor System” technical sheet.

IDENTIFICATION FEATURES

Nature of the binder: white cement and synthetic resins.
Appearance: powder.

PERFORMANCES

Wall2Floor Easyflat allows the creation of compact and uniform surfaces.
Flexural strength: >6 N/mm2 after 28 days
Compressive strength: >35 N/mm2 after 28 days

DILUITION

Use 5-5,5 l of clean water for every 25 kg bag of product.
Mix the product using a mechanical mixer fitted with whisk for approx. three minutes, the mixture obtained must not have lumps, portions of unmixed components, impurities.
Lifespan of the mixture: approx. 20 minutes at 25°C, PH=60%.
The drying time varies greatly depending on the thickness applied and the environment conditions. Up to 3 mm thickness applied, approx. 6-8 hours; over 3 mm thickness applied, up to 3 days.

RECOMMENDATION

Do not expose the products to direct heat sources or temperatures below +5°C for long periods of time.
If the products are stocked at temperature of approx. +5°C, before use it is recommended to take them to a place with suitable temperature, in a way to condition them to a temperature of use no lower than +10°C. Do not heat the products using a direct heat source, flame, hot body or similar.
It is recommended to finish the job using the same production batch. If different batches are used, we advise mixing the different batches together.
For correct use of the materials mentioned, dilution and application, read the relative technical data sheet carefully.
Correct use of individual protection equipment (PPE) is recommended during all preparation of the substrate, products and application of the same.

CLEANING OF TOOLS

Clean with water immediately after use.

YIELD

Wall2Floor Easyflat (referring to the powder): 4-6 kg/m², per layer, for thickness of 3 mm. Approximately 4,5 m² per bag for a thickness of 3 mm. It is good practice to check the effective coverage via a preliminary test on the specific substrate.

STORAGE LIFE CONDITIONS

In its original packaging and correctly sealed, and as long as it is kept in a covered warehouse at a temperature between +10° C and +30° C, the material has duration of 12 months.
